Why do I write organizing tips?
Years ago I realized that my life was a mess. Literally.
There was stuff everywhere. Bills and paperwork were piling up.
With four kids, we were always on the run and I just didn't have time to get organized.
I had also started blogging and I was squeezing that into my spare time.
The more disorganized I became, the harder it was for me to succeed at anything. I felt like I wasn't being a good mom, wife, friend, or blogger - for that matter.
Something had to change - so I started creating systems in my life that I could fall back on when things seemed to get really out of control.
After staying home to raise my kids, I knew that I could not go back to a regular desk job. I have become used to the flexibility of being in charge of my own schedule, and with such a gap in employment - well, let's just say I may not have gotten the salary that I wanted. 😉
But I never imagined how much I have grown through my blog. I developed strong and marketable technical skills - should I want to get a job AND I am now an entrepreneur with my own blogging business.
