What Is An Erin Condren Planny Pack?

I am newly obsessed with the Erin Condren Planny Pack.

This is a pouch for your planner accessories with an elastic band on the back.

You can use the elastic band to attach the Planny Pack to your Erin Condren LifePlanner or to your Petite Planners or even to your On the Go Folio.

The pouch itself is made from a supple faux leather material that feels high quality and rich to the touch.

There is a single zipper closure and inside, the Planny Pack is lined with fabric.

On the back side of the Planny Pack there is an open pocket that you can slide things into as well as the sparkly elastic band that I mentioned earlier.

What Makes a This Planner Pouch So Special

You might be wondering whether you should buy a Planny Pack or just use an old pencil pouch that you have lying around the house.

Either pouch will get the job of carrying your planner accessories done.

Personally, I love the Planny Pack for many reasons.

First, and most important, is the elastic band which you probably won't find on any old pencil pouch.

The elastic band makes it easy to attach the Planny Pack to your LifePlanner and also serves a dual purpose of keeping the LifePlanner closed so it's easier to carry around.

I have used the Planny Pack with my Erin Condren Travel Journal Petite Planner – just the single book (see my review of the travel journal here) and also with my filled On the Go Folio.

Second, the pouch itself feels has a really nice, quality feel to it – so I enjoy using it.

It's more than a functional pouch – it's something that I feel good using – if that makes sense.

How I Use These

I have two four of these Erin Condren pouches and I use them all.

Typically, I try to stick to a color scheme when filling out my Petite Planners and LifePlanner.

So, for example, I might select a few different shades of blue for a particular week or month in my LifePlanner and a separate set of colors for my Petite Planner.

At the beginning of the week I will put the pens that I want to use in my Planny Pack – so I always have them ready when I need them.

I also keep a few other planner supplies in my Planny Pack at all times – this is typically what I have inside:

A Word About Colors

The Erin Condren Planny Packs come in many different patterns and colors.

The colors of the zippers, the lining, and the elastic band all depend on the outer color/design of the pouch.

I have 2 Planny Packs –

  1. the neutral kaleidoscope pattern
  2. and the solid blush pink pouch

The neutral kaleidoscope pack has a silver zipper, a cream colored fabric lining, and a sparkly silver elastic band.

The blush pink Planny Pack has a rose gold zipper, a pink fabric lining, and a rose gold sparkly elastic band.

Other colors will have adornments to coordinate with the exterior color.

In Summary

The Erin Condren Planny Packs are fun and functional additions to your planning routine.

They are a joy to use and provide convenient storage for your planner accessories.

Happy planning!
